Return/Refund Policy for Services

Due to the nature of the services provided by I Parent ADHD, LLC, we cannot offer refunds.. If your service has not yet been rendered, refunds may be considered. If the service you purchased has already been completed by I Parent ADHD, LLC, refunds cannot be issued. 

Delivery

Upon your purchase of a product or service from I Parent ADHD, LLC, you will receive an email with your login information for your client portal to access your product. 

Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, no returns will be accepted. However if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and are seeking a refund, please see our Refund Policy. 

Cancellation Policy

Certain services have the option for a payment plan which is charged on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel the Subscription at any time, and all Subscription benefits will terminate on the date upon which you cancel you Subscription. To avoid an upcoming monthly fee, you may cancel your upcoming month up to 5 days in advance of your renewal date in order to avoid being charged for the next month. In the event your credit card cannot be charged, I Parent ADHD, LLC reserves the right to terminate your Subscription.
